What if delivery fails?
If the carrier misses you, they’ll leave a note with options to re-deliver or collect. After a few attempts, the package returns to us. We’ll reach out to facilitate reshipment (additional shipping fee applies).

Incorrect address information:
Please be aware that missing informations can lead to failure of the delivery. Be sure to fill your name and address information correctly during check out.

We will not accept responsibility for packages which are returned to us due to insufficient/incorrect address information. Please note that once the order is shipped, the customer is obliged to receive it. If a customer show no response to a courier company, or fail to receive it or refuse receiving the order at the country of destination (due to tax payment or other reasons), the parcel will be returned to Touche Prive.
