    • Process a return within 30 days of receiving your order (visit returns.toucheprive.com).

    • You’ll receive a return label. Please note, €3.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund (effective from June 30, 2025).

    • The return instructions will be explained on the return label. Do not worry, it is a very easy and streamlined process. In the unlikely case that you have not received a return label in the package, please send an email at care@toucheprive.com

    • Package securely with original packaging, paperwork, parts, and accessories.

    • After delivery at the warehouse and inspection, we’ll issue a refund (including original purchase price) within 14 days, minus original outbound shipping.

  2. **Please take note: Your return will not be processed unless a return request has been submitted. Please fill out the return form to create your return request.

    We pride ourselves on making returns easy, friendly, and fast—just follow the simple instructions and we’ll take care of the rest.

    Products from different orders must be returned in separate packages with individual return requests.

    Exceptions

    • Used, worn, or altered items cannot be accepted.

    • Damaged or defective items: please notify us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 - For the purchases made with credit cards, the refund amount will be reflected on your credit card within 5 working days after we receive the product.

 RETURN AND CHANGE CONDITIONS

Our company protects consumer rights and puts a very high importance to customer satisfaction after sales. Any dissatisfaction or any problems caused by production and service that you may have with your purchased products, are meticulously evaluated and resolved in the shortest time possible.

 Below you can find the requirements for us to be able to serve you better and faster with regard to returning your product. If any of them is missing, the return of the product is not accepted.

 If the product is return with a refund request, the shipment fee if deducted from the refund amount.

 Shipping costs of shipments not accepted due to customs expenses will be deducted from the refund amount.

 THE RETURN PRODUCT

 a- Used or damaged products will not be accepted.

 b-The product to be returned must be delivered in the same condition as it was received, with the standard accessories, complete and undamaged within 30 days.
