At Touché, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping to all of our customers. We deliver within 3-10 working days from the order date, and all orders are shipped using Express Delivery.

Shipping Rates:

For orders over €60, shipping is absolutely free of charge.

For orders under €60, there is a €20 shipping charge.

Delivery Time:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the time of year.

International Shipping:

We currently ship to most countries within the EU. However, please note that some countries may have restrictions or additional customs charges that we are not responsible for. If you have any questions about international shipping, please contact us.

Failed Delivery:

If our carrier attempts to deliver your order and is unsuccessful, they will leave a note with instructions on how to arrange a re-delivery or pick up. If the carrier is unable to deliver your order after several attempts, your order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
